New Dimension Media programming is available for broadcast over ITV, ITFS or closed circuit cable, where the primary intent is to deliver the content for instruction in the schools. Broadcast rights are granted for a given service area and content may not be transmitted outside that service area.
New Dimension Media content is available to school districts or state organizations that have their own, proprietary delivery system hosting digital video content to be distributed to schools within a geographic area. All content must be password-protected. New Dimension Media content license does not permit content to be transported outside the licensed district, organization or state.
